Location: Fort Wayne, IN | As you may or may not have noticed, this site was filling up with SPAM! The administrators of VEPTR.com have been working the past few days to clear it all up for you.
I'm not sure how many people even still use this site anymore, now that we all have facebook, twitter, and the like.
The one thing I appreciate about VEPTR.com is being able to look through the archives. This is something that I can't do with facebook. There is a LOT of good information that parents and VEPTR 'kids' have shared throughout the years, and it is searchable by keywords. Maybe there's a parent out there who will be up in the middle of the night worrying, and find some of the answers they need here.
I would again like to apologize for letting this go for so long. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know. We are here to help in any way we can!

| Hey guys since the 1st i have deleted about 75 items off the site so I temporarily disabled the posting. Hoping that seeing they cant post maybe they'll move on and we can turn it on or have new ppl be admin approved cause the spams nutz. And atm i dont have the time to delete spam daily. |

| I added some simple "security" code to the posting that should help with the automated spambots without interfering with legitimate use.
If it turns out to be too simple, I'll crank up the difficulty until it subsides. |

| Passwords for new accounts are now emailed to them, rather than allowing the user to supply a password during registration.
It is unfortunate that spammers have to make life difficult for all of us. |
