Subject: upper GI today for Robbie

We took Robbie for his upper GI today and it was negative. Which is a good thing, at least he's not refluxing, though now the doctors have to figure out their next step, whether there is really a hernia or if it's something else. Robbie is doing really well, a little upset after having to have the test done, but all in all good. A little tired-very long morning. We're suppose to go back to boston in Nov. hopefully dr. eman's will have some more info for us by then. Our local church is putting on a bike-a-thon for Robbie on Aug.5th, which is really nice. Justin, my dad and sister are all going to ride in it, I'll have the kiddos to watch. I'm thinking about taking them, give the riders an extra incentive to go the extra mile seeing Robbie there. Not really all that much that is new, just wanted to check in and let you all know we're still out here. Hope you are all doing well and that your kiddos are in tip top shape. We would really like that, I will post when we have a scheduled date to see Dr. Emans. The found a paraesphageal hernia yesterday so I'm a little concerned about that, hopefully all goes well. Hope maggie is doing well!
