Nicholas is just barely 2 yrs. old. The doctor said 2-3 days in ICU and 5-7 days in the hospital total.

Sending our Best Wishes to you and Nicholas!  You are in great hands with Dr. Smith.  Make sure the PICU staff/docs follow Dr. Smith's orders.  Make sure you know exactly what they are doing at all times.  Like the signs in the hospital say "speak up" if you have questions.  Question everything.  You will do great.  Many best wishes for a smooth and speedy recovery.
