Johanna Lambert I AM SO PROUD OF ZOE AND HER NOW BEING ABLE TO SWIM 'UNDER' THE WATER, WE THOUGHT WHO BEST TO SHARE THE NEWS WITH, THEN HER FIRST 'PULMONARY' DOCTOR...

I HAD THIS ON MY FACE BOOK, AND WANTING TO SHARE IT HERE AS WELL....
ALOT OF BRAGGING I KNOW...LOL....
BUT ON THE SERIOUS NOTE....THE BOTTOM LINE IS....'LOOK WHAT THESE KIDS CAN DO'....
THINGS THOUGHT TO BE IMPOSSIBLE...NOW POSSIBLE...NEVER GIVE UP KEEP BATTLING, AND LIKE ZOE SAID....
'FACE YOUR FEARS'....THIS IS THE MESSAGE WE NEED FOR OURSELFS AND OUR KIDDO'S....
AGAIN...FORGIVE MY BRAGGING, BUT SOME DAY IT JUST FEELS SO GOOD TO BE 'ALIVE'.....

Johanna Lambert
Dear Ms. Lambert,

I am very grateful for your taking the time to share Zoe's progress with me.
She was a fantastic baby and is becoming a gumptious young lady.
She is truly an inspiration!
...
I have been using Zoe's history and pulmonary function for teaching about VEPTR over the years. May I have your permission to use your letter and photos to present to my fellows and in talks to medical groups when I discuss the consequences of this surgery. Zoe's is absolutely an awesome story both on the side of medical progress, but also on the side of her personal courage, and your utter dedication to her.

Give her a big hug for me and tell her I am very proud of her and her Nana.

Warmest wishes,

Andrew Colin, MD

Johanna Lambert DR. COLIN SAW ZOE THRU MANY HARD TIMES AT THE 'BOSTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL'...AND TOLD ME ONCE, THAT NOTHING ZOE EVER DOES, WILL CEASE TO 'AMAZE HIM'....
