Subject: Upcoming VEPTR..and airline issue

Hi everyone!

Christopher is having the VEPTR on July 26th. Originally it was the 27th. The surgeon just called yesterday and said that he had to move it a day earlier. Well, my husband wasnt able to be there with us until 2 days ago. He can only fly in for the surgery and fly back out. Now we are looking at $100.00 to change his ticket. Any ideas of how to plead my case to the airline? I bought this ticket thru Priceline. Has anyone ever dealt with them?

I've never dealt with Priceline, but I think Jennie is right, call the airline. And good luck with the carrier, we had no luck with Delta not charging us when we had to change our flight times in October. Otherwise though, Delta was VERY accomdating with Elizabeth after the 2 surgeries she's had.
